In Memory of Dr. Dan

The late and beloved Dr. Daniel H. Williams, known to all as "Dr. Dan," founded The Farm Pediatrics in the early 1970s. To make children feel comfortable when they came to see the doctor, The Farm Pediatrics was in fact situated on a working farm. Children enjoyed visiting the animals whenever they came to visit Dr. Dan.

Eric D. Berman, DO

Dr. Eric Berman graduated from Hofstra University in 1975 and received his medical degree in 1980 from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship at the Hospital of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and his pediatric residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center in 1984.

David E. Chasen, MD

Dr. David Chasen received a bachelor's degree in pre-medicine from The Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pennsylvania in 1991 and earned his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University Jefferson Medical College in 1994. From 1994 through 1997 Dr. Chasen attended the Thomas Jefferson University- A.I. duPont Hospital for Children combined pediatric residency program in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Wilmington, Delaware. Dr. Chasen was certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in 1997. In that same year, he joined The Farm Pediatrics, presently known as Advocare The Farm Pediatrics. Dr. Chasen is affiliated with Virtua Voorhees Hospital in Voorhees, New Jersey.

Kathryn T. Lafferty, MD

Dr. Kathryn Lafferty earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Ursinus College in 1994, and in 1998 received her medical degree from The Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Dr. Lafferty completed her pediatric residency at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she served as Chief Pediatric Resident from 2001 to 2002. She was certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in 2001. In July 2002, she joined The Farm Pediatrics, now known as Advocare The Farm Pediatrics. Dr. Lafferty is affiliated with Virtua Voorhees Hospital in Voorhees, New Jersey.

Mary Elaine Holmes-Bricker, DO

Dr. Mary Elaine Holmes-Bricker earned a bachelor's of science degree in chemistry from St. Joseph's University in 1983. She received her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1991. She performed her rotating internship from 1991 through 1992 in Flint, Michigan and completed her pediatric residency from 1992 through 1995 at Ohio State University - Columbus Children's Hospital. She was certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in 1995. Dr. Holmes-Bricker joined The Farm Pediatrics in 2000, currently known as Advocare The Farm Pediatrics. Dr. Holmes-Bricker is affiliated with Virtua Voorhees Hospital in Voorhees, New Jersey.

Michelle L. Russ, DO

Dr. Michelle Russ earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Duquesne University in 2007, and in 2011 received her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. Dr. Russ completed her pediatric residency at Children's Hospital of Richmond at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. She was certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in 2015.

Sharon E. Barnett, MD

Dr. Sharon Barnett received her bachelor's degree in biology from Wilkes University in 1990, and in 1995 earned her medical degree at The State University of New York Upstate Medical College of Medicine in Syracuse, New York. She completed a three-year combined residency program at The Thomas Jefferson University- A.I. duPont Hospital for Children. Dr. Barnett was certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in 1998 and joined The Farm Pediatrics, known today as Advocare The Farm Pediatrics, that same year. She is presently affiliated with Virtua Voorhees Hospital in Voorhees, New Jersey.

Prerna Shah, DO

Dr. Prerna Shah earned her bachelor's degree in Biology from Villanova University in 2013, and in 2017 received her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Shah completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Regional Hospital at Cooper in Camden, New Jersey. In September 2020, she joined Advocare The Farm Pediatrics. Dr. Shah is affiliated with Virtua Voorhees Hospital in Voorhees, New Jersey.
